REGISTRATION FORM


DEADLINE FOR RESERVATION OF ACCOMMODATION AND IP ADDRESS: November 11, 2024.

Reservations received after November 11, 2024. The organizer is not able to confirm and they will be dealt with only in accordance with the availability of the remaining number of free rooms, i.e. IP addresses for accessing the contents.

Everything is about advance payment. The virtual room will be reserved after receiving the application and confirmation of payment, and the reservation for participation in the conference will be confirmed according to the registration, that is, according to the principle of priority based on the received payments.

* Cancellation policy:

Cancellation of the reservation must be made in writing by e-mail and must be confirmed by the organizer.

Except in case of force majeure***, in the event of possible cancellation of participation, the organizer has the right to retain a certain amount of the registration fee paid, as well as the accommodation if the payment was made in the name of the organizer, in the name of administrative and technical costs.

  • 14 days before the event, the organizer keeps 100% of the registration fee
  • 15 – 30 days before the event, the organizer keeps 70% of the amount of registration fees and accommodation paid
  • 31-50 days before the event, the organizer keeps 50% of the amount of registration fees and accommodation
  • 51 – 70 days before the event, the organizer keeps 30% of the amount of registration fees and accommodation paid
  • 71 and more days…. the organizer returns 100% of the amount of registration fees paid, minus the amount of incurred administrative costs (approx. 15%).

*** Force majeure, an event that could not be foreseen at the time of the conclusion of the contract and on which the contracting parties objectively cannot and could not influence (the event must be unexpected, extraordinary, unforeseeable for the subject), e.g. state of war, strike, natural disasters , political decision, etc. Force majeure in civil law consists in the fact that its existence, as a rule, excludes responsibility for damage. In this case, the amount paid is not returned but transferred to a new event with the issuance of a corresponding voucher that can be used within one year from the date of issue.event must be the subject of an unexpected, extraordinary, unpredictable situation), eg. a state of war, strikes, natural disasters and the like. Force majeure in civil law consists in the fact that its existence typically excludes liability for damage.
